 We highly advice pregnant woman and/or breastfeeding to consult with a healthcare provider before taking NZ+

Does NZ+ contain any allergen?

Yes, but with minimal concern. It contains Marine collagen peptide which was derive from marinade sources.

How do I store my NZ+ bottle?

 We recommend that you store your NZ+ in a dry and cool place, avoiding direct contact to sunlight.

How can I track my order?

 Once you’re order has been shipped we’ll provide the tracking details and photos via email address that is linked on your order form. 

 Domestic orders are processed within 1-3 business days from order placement. Order placed before 4pm PST are usually shipped on the same day. 

 International orders are processed within 2-4 business days from the payment date.

Can I cancel my order?

 We understand that plans can change. If there is a need to cancel your order kindly reach out to our email nzcare@nzplus.net  with the subject line “CANCELLATION REQUEST – [Order Number]” and provide full order details (order number, customer name, and contact information)

What's the cancellation time frame?

 Domestic Orders (Philippines)

  1. Cancellation must be requested within 2 hours of order placement.
  2. Cancellations are not guaranteed if the order has already been processed or shipped.

 International Orders

  • Cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Cancellations are void if the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

SHIPPING

Do you offer free shipping?

 Yes, free shipping nationwide for paid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) and Cash-on-Pickup orders, shipping fees will apply and vary by location.

 For international orders, shipping fee will be calculated based on country destination. 

Do you offer same day delivery?

 Unfortunately we are unable to offer same-day delivery for the time being, but possibilities are open. 

What shipping couriers do you use?

 For domestic orders we use LBC, J&T Express, and Ninjavan, while for international orders we are partnered up with DHL and EMS. Trusted couriers that guarantee safe deliveries of your orders.  

What the estimated delivery time for my domestic order?

 Domestic orders (Philippines) estimated arrival is 3-7 business days. 

 Please keep in mind delivery times may be extended in cases of unforeseen delays including but not limited to weather disturbance, natural disasters, high shipment volumes, or service disruption by shipping partners. 

I provided the wrong shipping address, what should I do?

 Please review all details carefully before completing your purchase, as we cannot guarantee any modification once your order has been shipped. Email us at nzcare@nzplus.net as soon as you noticed the need for corrections to your information.

What's the estimated delivery time for my international order?

 Estimated deliver time for international orders are between 7-21 business days subject to custom clearance. Delivery timeline may be extended due to customs inspection, import regulations, or other factors beyond our control. 

Who handles the custom clearing for international orders?

 Customers must handle international clearing of customs. The order declaration must corresponds with the invoice description.

How would I know if I'm eligible for refunds or replacements?

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

 For your protection, please video record the unboxing of your package and email the uncut footage to nzcare@nzplus.net for both domestic and international orders.  Our team will then assist you with any concerns. View our returns, refunds, and replacements policy. 

Do you offer returns for international orders?

 Yes we do, approved refunds shall be processed within 5-30 business days. View our returns, refunds, and replacements policy to check international refund eligibility. 

What happens if customs refused or returned my order?

 To ensure successful delivery, please ensure your customs declaration aligns with the product description on the NZ+ invoice. You can request a copy of this declaration from our team and email us at nzcare@nzplus.net.
